We’ve grown almost entirely through organic short-form content. We’re hiring a Lead Content Strategist to own our content operation: directing UGC creators, analyzing performance data to build repeatable formats, running structured experiments, and building the systems that scale output. Think content strategy as engineering; hypothesis-driven, iterative, data-informed.

Starts ~30h/week ($750/week + performance bonuses), designed to convert to full-time with exit participation. You’ll work directly with the founders.
